Star Valley
Silver Star Communications, the local communications provider in Star Valley, Wyoming, is accepting applications for the position of a Customer Service Representative for its Star Valley, Wyoming offices. This position interacts with the public on a daily basis by telephone and in-person contact. Requirements include: a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to function as a team player, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Job Description Information:

  • Full time
  • Hours & reporting locations will vary

  • Consult with customers to offer communications solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent written/oral communication & record keeping skills
  • Strong computer skills & ability to navigate in a Windows environment
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Proactive/positive attitude
  • Ability to hold WY or ID state driver’s license

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of in-person customer service experience is required
