Equipment:
A DSL modem is required for DSL service (not Fiber to the Home). DSL modems are available on a lease & protect program for $5 a month. This program will include a technician visit to troubleshoot a faulty modem, if necessary, and replacements if the modem should break. Modems are also available for purchase with a 30-day warranty for $79.95.
All high-speed Internet plans come with free email filtering and up to 5 emails. High-speed service is a best effort service; exact speeds are not guaranteed. Speeds of 3M and higher are not currently available to all locations; ask for details. A DSL modem is required for non-fiber customers. See Terms & Conditions for early cancellation fees.
